At Emerald Counselling and Consulting, we are committed to tailoring therapeutic services in BC to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our approach is trauma-informed and client-centered which creates a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their mental health challenges and work towards meaningful, positive change.

We offer virtual counselling for mental health challenges to accommodate individual preferences and schedules. Counselling sessions are available in 50-, 75-, or 90-minute sessions. Our range of services includes individual, couple, and family therapy, ensuring support at each stage of the healing process. We also offer 15-minute virtual consultations to connect with each other prior to beginning the therapeutic journey together. Additionally, we also host specialized groups and workshops to foster growth, healing, and community connection.
